Managing DirectorI have been the Managing Director here since 2001, and I still love every part of what I do! From lettings and sales to property refurbishments, no two days are ever the same. I really enjoy planning ahead and organising the team from our busy office in the heart of Exeter.
I truly believe that success comes from having a great team around you, and I’m lucky to work with some of the best. I try to inspire, motivate, and support everyone to reach their goals, both in work and in life. People often call me the “Forward Thinker” because I like to stay ahead of new legislation and compliance changes, making sure our landlords and clients are always one step ahead too.
When I am not dashing between the office and the properties, you will usually find me spending time with our three children. My perfect day off would be sitting on a sunny beach with a good book and nothing but the sound of the waves.
