Now we are entering Springtime, it’s important, especially if you’re thinking of selling your property during this time, to get your garden ready for the occasion!
If you don’t present your garden in its best light, you could be losing buyers. They will be reluctant to look or you may leave them with a bad impression.
Over the years 22 of me working in the property market, I have seen time and time again, properties that don’t get the viewings it deserves because “the kerb side appeal”. is rather not correct or in some cases shocking because the front garden look in a mess – most buyers think “if the garden is like that, it must be like that inside”. Therefore, as well as spending the time getting the inside presentable, it’s very important not to forget the outside.
A Tidy Garden = an inviting home to view and makes the first important impressions even before your front door is opened!
