We can direct them to sites that help tenants to find ways to become more energy efficient in homes.  We can make them aware of the possible support channels, if they struggle to pay their energy bills, especially during the winter months.

There are other options if the above still does not work for your tenant but we do hope that with the right help and support we will all get through the winter months and retain homes and ability to pay for them.
